Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5- 7 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or due to supplier availability.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Third-Party Fulfilment & Shipping

Please note that our products are fulfilled and shipped through trusted third-party suppliers and logistics partners. Because of this, delivery times may vary depending on:

Destination country

Customs clearance procedures

Local courier operations

Some orders may also arrive separately if items are shipped from different warehouses or suppliers.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or high shipping volumes.

International orders generally take between 7 and 25 business days, depending on the destination country.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Customs and duty taxes are the responsibility of the buyer/importer.

Shipping fees charged by our logistics partners are based on freight costs only and do not include destination-country import charges.

The importer/customer is responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • VAT or sales taxes
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Any additional local government charges

Please note that customs prepayment is not supported as part of our standard policy, as import regulations and carrier fees vary significantly between countries.

If customs fees are refused by the customer and the package is returned or abandoned, Seoul Collection Global may not be able to issue a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Seoul Collection Global is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable shipping partners, Seoul Collection Global is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside of our control. However, we will do our best to assist customers in tracking and resolving shipping-related issues.
