  • Buyers are responsible for shipping costs in both directions.
  • Warehousing, customs duties, and carrier charges can also be charged to the buyer/reseller.
  • Return requests should be notified as soon as possible and must be approved before items are sent back.
  • SEOUL COLLECTION GLOBAL does not provide return shipping labels unless separately confirmed.                                                                                                    Non-returnable or restricted return cases
  • Items returned without prior approval from SEOUL COLLECTION GLOBAL.
  • Items not in the same condition as received, including items that are opened, used, missing packaging, or missing included components.
  • Products renewed by the brand where only packaging or wording changed, but the product is considered equivalent.
  • Products affected only by outer shipping box or packaging damage when the item itself is not damaged.
  • Sale, clearance, gift card, perishable, hazardous, or custom products where return is not supported.
